Privacy Policy
Thanks for choosing us to help make your celebration amazing! Here’s everything you need to know to keep things smooth and stress-free.
Damage Waiver
To keep things simple, we include a small damage waiver fee with every rental. It covers accidental damage like wind or fire. It doesn’t cover theft or misuse, so please treat the items with care.
Delivery & Pickup
• Free delivery in Hutto!
• For Austin and nearby cities, a delivery fee applies based on distance.
• We’ll drop off and pick up items at a ground-level spot like your driveway or porch. Please have everything ready in the same spot when we come back.
• Need extra help with delivery or pickup? Just let us know – additional charges may apply.
Setup & Takedown
Want us to handle setup and takedown? We’re happy to help! Just arrange it ahead of time and we’ll include it in your quote.
Deposits & Payments
• A 50% deposit secures your rental.
• Final payment is due at delivery of items.
• Need to cancel? No problem – just let us know at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted and reservation fee will be shifted to another day you choose iff it due to a natural disaster otherwise fees is forfeited.
Equipment Care
• You’re responsible for the items while they’re with you.
• Please count and check everything when it arrives.
• Keep items safe from weather and sprinklers and return them clean and dry.
Pricing
• Prices are for one-day events.
• Need items longer? Weekly and monthly rates are available – just ask!
• Prices may change, but we’ll always give you a clear quote.
Returning Items
• Everything arrives clean and ready to go.
• Please return items in the same condition.
• Linens should be free of debris and dry (no plastic bags, please).
• Repack everything in the containers we provide.
